I made some network changes in my environment. I fixed the mounts on my Pure VM, but now the VM's and settings are gone. If I try to re-add the repositories, etc, Pure tells me they already exist. After some reboots, sometimes they will show back up temporarily.
How do I get them back?

Hello, sorry about that, we'll try without it.
Can you tell me a bit about your environment? You have separate disk for backups that is mounted on some mount point (that you corrected)?
Could you try stopping Pure, unmounting backup disk and mounting it in different (new) folder then starting Pure, removing old repository (in Pure) and add (again in Pure) this new folder?
It is possible that something got messed up when you have corrected mounts, Pure couldn't find data from old repository and created everything new. Then when mounts are fixed Pure sees double data...
Using different mountpoint (and switching Repository from old mountpoint to new in Pure) should fix it
