Is there a way to do an automated restore of a virtual machine to an other ESXi host?
Our customer already has a backup via Archiware Pure but would also like to have an other ESXi host with a replica of the installed Virtual Machines (4)

Automated replication of VMs is not implemented.
You could replicate VMs manually with following steps:
1. Add another (target) ESXi host in App Configuration -> Servers
2. Restore backed-up VM and select new ESXi as destination host
Please note that new, replicated, VMs will be independent from original VMs...
I know about that possibility, but this is a manual action!
maybe I can do this via a cli?
I'm sorry but CLI does not support this.
Automated replication of VM-s is not implemented in Pure, neither in GUI nor in CLI, only manualy via GUI...
You could try to automate GUI way by using external tools for browser automatization, like Selenium
