Restore File feature intermittently not showing disk content
One of the issues we discovered is that using the Restore File feature to open and browse virtual disks from backup snapshots will sometimes not work if more than one version of the same disk is accessed from more than one snapshot in short time.
This particularly affects disk partitions formatted as XFS, in which case your dmesg log will show something like Filesystem has duplicate UUID xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx - can't mount. Because both snapshot versions of the virtual disk naturally have the identical filesystem, there is no way for Pure to circumvent this OS limitation.
However, since each version of a virtual disk is automatically removed after 3 minutes of inactivity, if you need to access a different version of the same virtual disk partition and you encounter this problem, please stop interacting with the already opened virtual disk and simply wait for the partition to be automatically closed after a timeout.
